My Mother was in hospice this past April at Kenmore Mercy. The kindness and compassion that they showed her and the family is something I will cherish the rest of my life. Every single person who cared for her treated her so wonderfully. Thank you.
Worst hospital I have ever been in. Will never go there again, EVER!
My hip replacement was so much easier than I imagined. The staff was courteous and helpful. They educated me regarding the procedure. Physical therapy was excellent. Discharge planning was helpful. The floor was quiet and I could get plenty of rest.
Awesome care, the sweetest nurses, happy to get in do what they have to do, and then leave you to get some rest, but if you feel like having a conversation, they are so pleasant and really seem to enjoy talking with us. Made sure that we had something to drink, eat, grab an extra pillow. All the little things that make things as good as they can for you. Having surgery can be unpleasant but all of the nurses did a fantastic job today. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible and gave me a high level of care. Dr. Cywinski took the time to answer all of my questions and I felt confident everything would go flawlessly. Thank you for a job well done.
