$500 for application Apartments have around $600 in hidden fees during application , not worth it at all

You will love living here! Kenley is a clean, safe, convenient, and responsive community. We have had zero complaints. The maintenance staff and the front office staff are incredibly helpful. This is a HUGE pet community, which we love. The pool is open year-round, which is awesome. They keep the pool very clean. You get valet trash service to your door. It is more expensive living here than other places, but you get what you pay for. We have a young child, and my husband and I were never worried about safety here. We highly... read more

horrible model Toured these apartments. Dead roaches in the model, cheap old blue counter tops, smelled like someone smoked weed in the model right before arrival, buildings need serious power washing. For the price of the apartments, you’d expect them to be better quality

I cannot in good faith recommend Kenley Apartments to anyone. They refuse to take any responsibility for anything that happens to their tenants. In July, we went almost a full month without internet with no word from the apartment complex (it ended up being a contract war between DirectPath and Spectrum) but for us, there was zero transparency between Kenley and the people who live here. Also, if your A/C goes out when it’s 95 degrees outside, expect that you will need to take off work to make sure the maintenance employees ... read more

Best of all, this place is characterized by the expression "poop in a candy wrapper." While you are just making a decision - everyone is so sympathetic and benevolent! Flowers around are beautiful, a pond, ducks ..... just lovely. But everything changes when you have entered into a contract: the equipment is all old, everything is constantly breaking down, it does not work, and then (when the wrapper is unfolded) you will see all the **** in full! No any maintenance. At all. No any maintenance. At all. And YES - we have already contacted the office many times (in different ways, including by email). Our disposal broken since MAY. The first request was closed for no reason at all. The disposal did not work and does not work till now. Because of it the cabinet is damaged and we have horrible stink.

If I could give the place 0 stars I would The people in the office are rude and they are liars. I was told I would have an open floor plan. That was a lie. On moving day I was surprised to find the kitchen was not open like I was told. I specifically asked do I need to turn the gas on. I was told only for the fireplace. Then I’m getting all these rude emails months later in the summertime that I need to turn on my gas for hot showers. Why didn’t you say that when I specifically asked!?! Staff is great We moved in on Sept 25th, 2020 and have had a great experience with the staff. The kids absolutely love and adore Gene from the maintenance department. He is always detailed, thorough and personable. The kids love his fun personality. Amy in the front office is a sweetheart and always loving on our kids and helping with questions we have. Dave has also gone the extra mile in the front office to help with a crazy situation with Birmingham Water Works when they mistakenly turned off water to the wrong apartment ... read more
