Overpriced, rundown/deteriorated complex, no parking guaranteed and no privacy. I’d give this a 0 star if possible. You’re better off looking elsewhere. The recent management does not care about its tenants and it’s evidently obvious, I’ve complained about the water pressure for few days now with no solution. There is a bug infestation and the landlord doesn’t want to fix the problem and tells me to just buy bug spray. The lack of management does not substitute for the lack of better living.
Buen residencial y área, tranquilo y bien ubicado. Actualmente tiene mal aspecto exterior porque los edificios y areas necesitan urgente pintura exterior, que habia sido agendada hace 5 meses pero todavia no lo hacen.
