Visiting the Kendra Scott Flagship had been a dream of mine ever since I fell in love with Kendra Scott jewelry years ago, and it exceeded every expectation! I never imagined it would be such a family-friendly experience. While I browsed, my family was able to relax with sweet treats for the kids and drinks for the adults, which gave me the time to truly enjoy exploring the beautiful store. Pam was bringing out water for the guys and the ladies, were working hard to help all the crowd. Price is price, but quality and customer service was the touch that made this memorable and a cool moment also

Horrible experience. I visited the Travis Heights location on 06/12/26 and mentioned to the greeter that I was looking for a particular gift for my grand daughter because 06/12 was her birthday. Not at one point did she ever mention the 50% off for birthdays (she didn't state that I could receive 50 off if your grand daughter is with me) not nothing.
