She is unsympathetic to my needs. She's abrasive and doesn't spend more than 15 minutes with you, while she disregards what you are trying to tell her. I'm a "broken record" her words.
Called that office for week no return call. Eventually, I have to complain then I get an appointment. My client goes in for appointment and she didn’t even get seen for what I made the appointment for Dr. made an assumption who was incorrect. I can’t explain, but it was very upsetting and I’m gonna report her I would never go to her. I wouldn’t even go to that office.
To be in a room for less than 5 minutes and be so thoroughly dismissed is extremely upsetting. It was evident there was no care on the provider's end. I will not be returning and would not recommend this provider to anyone. The only redeeming factor was the lovely medical assistant who took my vitals.
Horrible, I wouldn't bring my goldfish here
