I am very disappointed in my experience with this provider. I attempted to proactively communicate about refill timing for a long-term prescribed medication due to a holiday and pharmacy processing constraints. Rather than addressing the concern collaboratively, the response I received was dismissive and escalated quickly into an accusatory and unprofessional tone. Incredibly dismissive, harsh, unprofessional, and a terrible provider. For anyone's sake, please don't see this doctor, ever. I have never seen someone be so rude as a medical provider. What an absolute joke.

She is unsympathetic to my needs. She's abrasive and doesn't spend more than 15 minutes with you, while she disregards what you are trying to tell her. I'm a "broken record" her words.
Called that office for week no return call. Eventually, I have to complain then I get an appointment. My client goes in for appointment and she didn’t even get seen for what I made the appointment for Dr. made an assumption who was incorrect. I can’t explain, but it was very upsetting and I’m gonna report her I would never go to her. I wouldn’t even go to that office.
