In fact, we connected so well with her the first time that I specifically requested to have her the second time. One of the worst experiences of my life. My brother age 58 had a heart attack and was taken to this hospital. He later died. My complaint is the incredible rudeness of the staff and the Dr and especially Ralphie in risk management who would not release my brothers body to the funeral home. An absolutely horrible experience. Absolutely no compassion and extreme rudeness.

This is quite possibly the rudest bunch of people I’ve ever tried to deal with. I hope the staff are better at patient care than operating phones and answering simple questions

The ER nurses are garbage and dont listen to a word you say, too busy flirting with the EMTs, 3 different nurses tried giving me an IV , I have 7 holes/wounds on my arms now bc they refused to listen to me when I said my veins are small and I have hypotension;I ended up going to a different hospital bc they almost killed me with medication I already said I was deathly allergic to. I should sue this facility for malpractice. 0/10

This hospital is unsanitary and the doctors do not treat you for your pain. As much as I NEVER want to come here again. Since I’m disabled and live near by, it’s probably the only hospital I can go to. That being said- I will try my hardest to NEVER have to go to the ER again. I came in for a very painful UTI. My encounter with everyone at Medical City Alliance was awesome. Starting with pre op to before after my surgery. I wish I could remember all of the nurses name but I can’t (sorry) however they were all really great!!!
I first have to mention, before I get to the actual review, that the X-ray technician was wonderful and kind. He was the only bright spot of this visit. I had to go to the ER on Tuesday, in the middle of a hurricane because I had fallen and unfortunately the walk-in clinic I would normally go to was closed. There was no wait which was good. I was seen by two nurses and then xrays were taken of my foot. Then Dr. Patel came in to abruptly tell me that “bad news, it is broken.” Then promptly told me I need surgery.
