This hospital is a joke. Worse service I have ever encountered. I dropped my father off to the emergency room yesterday afternoon. Due to COVID I could not be with him. He is elderly and suffers from COPD and has severe anxiety. They admitted him and not once have the nurses or doctor called me to tell me what is going on. I called my father at the hospital and he doesn't know what's going on either. I just had my last baby Tuesday Sept 22 and I could never begin to thank all the wonderful L&D nurses, Postpartum Nurses, and Nursery Nurses. Mrs. Cathy from L&D was beyond amazing and I loved her energy. My Postpartum nurses Mrs. Robin, Mrs. Katrina or Kathrine(I can’t remember), and the student nurse Glynn. THANK YALL SO MUCH!!!! I just want to thank the amazing crew who helped deliver my son Parker who was born on sept 11. We had an emergency c section and I couldn’t be happier with the nurses, doctors and Anesthesiologist who took care of us. We were quoted $275 for an MRI from Palms of Pasadena. The person said she ran my private insurance and then I was billed $1337. This cannot be legal. I have disputed this over and over and now a letter threatening debt collection! If this is not corrected. I will be forwarding this to our attorney!

My father was there being treated for pneumonia and got better but was still in the hospital until they were going to release him he ended up bleeding to death while under their care

One of the worst experiences of my life. My brother age 58 had a heart attack and was taken to this hospital. He later died. My complaint is the incredible rudeness of the staff and the Dr and especially Ralphie in risk management who would not release my brothers body to the funeral home. An absolutely horrible experience. Absolutely no compassion and extreme rudeness.

This hospital is unsanitary and the doctors do not treat you for your pain. As much as I NEVER want to come here again. Since I’m disabled and live near by, it’s probably the only hospital I can go to. That being said- I will try my hardest to NEVER have to go to the ER again. I came in for a very painful UTI. The ER nurses are garbage and dont listen to a word you say, too busy flirting with the EMTs, 3 different nurses tried giving me an IV , I have 7 holes/wounds on my arms now bc they refused to listen to me when I said my veins are small and I have hypotension;I ended up going to a different hospital bc they almost killed me with medication I already said I was deathly allergic to. I should sue this facility for malpractice. 0/10
