The event had many activities and it was organized. It was well thought of and they also had free items. My son who is almost 2 had non stop fun. Thank you Regional!
This hospital is a mess and most employees don't care. My aunt went into surgery at 9:30am. 2 hour procedure. I was told I was going to be informed when she were transported to ICU. At 8:30 pm i am still waiting in the waiting area for an update. No one had the decency to come out and give me an update. I had to go to each floor of this hospital and ask for her. Our son was transported to KRMC's ER by EMT's after he broke his ankle playing football at Doral Academy. The treatment was excellent, from intake staff to the billing, to the Orthopedic surgeon. We were very happy with the attentive and professional level of service.
Had my daughter here in the maternity wing /building back in 2003. And in April of 2013 my Grandmother Trinidad Taisma was there an approximate month prior to her passing. Now I don't blame the hospital ....yes maybe I didn't care for all the staff and Dr's that were treating her but she died because it was her time to go. I have nothing against the Hospital per say but yes the Staff can be a bit better and more professional and better educated. First off I want to start by saying that this hospitals staff is very rude and unprofessional they do not give a shit about their patients or the family members of the patients. On top of it , it's utterly disgusting I went to visit my grandmother and in her room on the floor there were used needles just thrown their for anyone to step on and tissue with blood as well.
