I’ve been calling since I had my son. No one calls back. A nurse there put my son in the NICU and my nurse had to correct his when I was in the mom/baby wing. She over fed him. At least 6 employees told me “what was I doing wrong” over and over when my son wasn’t eating only to find out he had a serious medical condition. My father in law was admitted via the ER at approximately 7 pm on 6/2 with stroke like symptoms. As I type this he is STILL in the ER and has yet to receive a firm diagnosis. W. T H ?
Not sure why Methodist is not allowing families when their love ones are having a baby. I could not see my daughter today after she gave birth. I was told that I could see him when they were discharged. In the parking lot. Great policy for a. Hospital. Stay away. I won’t ever go back after missing my grandsons arrival.

Labor and delivery department has the worst service for an Anencephaly Baby, no compassion or respect, nurses just gossiping behind the door and no cleaning service. Food was brought always cold and never on time. Future Anencephaly Moms please do not go and have baby at this hospital you deserve better treatment than this.
Discharging a homeless uninsured patient with a pelvis fracture back to West Tennessee! That’s a 2-3 hour ride in a car, if there’s no I-40 construction! Where is your compassion and humanity???? Does your hospital not have social services???

RecommendedI had my baby here and could not ask for a better team, every single person went above and beyond in taking care of not only myself and new baby but husband as well! They were so compassionate, understanding, made me laugh when I needed it, they were all so absolutely amazing!
