RecommendedI recommend they get some manner classes for the lady checking people in through the er that’s on the morning shift. We understand rules are rules but to be completely rude and make comments such as “ oh is the whole crew back ?” Are completely uncalled for. When a mother is in icu and has a large family and multiple children drive 800 miles away some common courtesy would be greatly appreciated and would go along way when used in stressful situations like this. RecommendedThe most genuine, kind staff I have ever encountered. I was in Tower A, room A403 from Tuesday 3-30-2021 -Thursday 1-1-2021. The Nurses and Assistants and Doctors and everyone else, gave me their best with no complaints, they actually CARE. Annette, Meagan, Marisol, and Amanda, THANK YOU. I had a terrible experience at the Portsmouth ER in Dover and now I’m trying to get financial assistance for my balance and I’m told I have to owe at least $1200 and be able to pay at least $25. No help at all so I guess I will end up in collections. I have f/a at WD and Exeter. I wish I knew it wasn’t WD.

I work for a tristar hospital, but God forgive me for taking my 67 year old girlfriend to Sky line! 5 hours in a hot holding room on a gurney with no pillows. She had to threaten to pull out her tubes to finally get a drink of water! If you can't give quality care in a timely manner please send Gwen Warren to CENTENNIAL NOW! 😡
Been here 3 days took me going off on my doctors for them to give me a actual update on my health not to mention they not sure what’s wrong with me. Nurses are amazing but like I said Doctors here are horrible and have attitude when you want to understand what’s going on with your own health.
