Kendall partners where very professional, it was a seamless journey , they bought my parents home in the time frame they promised, I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to sell there home . Their offer was very fair , they covered the closing cost and there was no hassle.

Our family was very grateful for contacting "**** buys your house." They took care of everything in settling my departed brother in laws condo. Their offer was fair and as advertised they took care of all closing costs and closed in a little over a month. Also they took care of clearing out the condo. Very good people to work with. All appointment were on time and did not take much time. The best thing was I could leave all the items that I have collected over the years. We're quite pleased with our experience with Kendall Partners. When we werent enthused with their initial offer, they were willing to negotiate and told us what we needed to do to get the price we wanted. We did that, and both sides were happy. We had a small legal hurdle to overcome and yet sold the house only 63 days after first reaching out to Kendall Partners.
