We're quite pleased with our experience with Kendall Partners. When we werent enthused with their initial offer, they were willing to negotiate and told us what we needed to do to get the price we wanted. We did that, and both sides were happy. We had a small legal hurdle to overcome and yet sold the house only 63 days after first reaching out to Kendall Partners.

We highly recommend contacting Kendall Partners to sell your home. They were very professional and offered us a fair market value for our home in as is condition.
