Dealing with Jeff Buys Your House was an easy way to deal with an unhappy situation. Our contact with Jeff Buys Your House, ******, did an excellent job of keeping g us informed of the progress along the way and was able to answer any questions and insure the sales process was proceeding smoothly.
Very polite group of people...very lenient with closing dates ... offered to help with relocation and supplied a list of moving companies to help...did not low-ball at all...the whole process was very simple and uncomplicated..I highly recommend these guys if you don't want to deal with realtors and just don't have the time to make you place look pretty to sell...thank you guys so much!!

Yes they are courteous and timely. The process was mostly painless and took about three weeks from initial contact to the sale. However, my repeated attempts to contact them to obtain assistance, or to supply information, were not answered. It became very frustrating for me. When they had something to ask of or to tell me, they had no problem contacting me, as I respond to calls. So, they get kudos for the process but one star for communication. Net: 3 stars.

Very professional organization, everyone very courteous and treated us with great respect. Highly recommend.
The people at Kendall Partners (Jeff Buys Your House) were wonderful. They were helpful and straightforward with us. We got a decent price for our house without needing to invest cash we didn't have in updates before selling it. Every part of the transaction went smoothly. They even let us change our closing date twice without hassle.
