Yes they are courteous and timely. The process was mostly painless and took about three weeks from initial contact to the sale. However, my repeated attempts to contact them to obtain assistance, or to supply information, were not answered. It became very frustrating for me. When they had something to ask of or to tell me, they had no problem contacting me, as I respond to calls. So, they get kudos for the process but one star for communication. Net: 3 stars.

We got a decent price for our house without needing to invest cash we didn't have in updates before selling it. Every part of the transaction went smoothly.
