They buy homes "As Is" , where seller doesn't have to have home in "move in ready" condition, but needs some repairs, freshening, etc. That's exactly what my wife and I were looking for to sell this property. Kendall partners made a difficult sale relatively easy. They did exactly what they said as far as closing costs and disclosures. Very easy to work with all the support staff.
