We highly recommend contacting Kendall Partners to sell your home. They were very professional and offered us a fair market value for our home in as is condition. We closed in 30 days after our contract was signed. No stress, no worries and follow *** were done through the 30 days to keep us updated every step of the way. Great company.

The experience was overall positive however, however, they did back out of the original agreement which was due to their reevaluation I think of their profit margin. We did final agree on a new offer and from that point on it went well. Everyone I met and talked to in the company was professional and nice. I even referred a new client to them.

Kendall Partners went above and beyond my expectations in every way! The team was very professional, pleasant to work with and helpful. My offer was quick and more importantly it was fair and actually much more than I expected from an investment company. After the offer was made things moved extremely smoothly. The one issue we ran into was on my end with a delay in getting my payoff letter from my mortgage company. They rescheduled the closing without an issue and were very understanding! I had to move rather quickly due to family reasons. I knew my house needed some updating but didn't have the time or money to have it done. I called Kendall Partners after receiving info in the mail and it was the best thing I ever did! They sent someone the same day and I had an offer in hand!
