Please don't do business with Kendall Partners Ltd. They represent that they buy properties "As-Is."That representation is misleading. In the contract that they send to the seller to sign, there is a clause that stipulates that they are entitled to a "walk through" with their contractor prior to closing. The contract also states that they have 10 days to then cancel the deal. Our family was very grateful for contacting "**** buys your house." They took care of everything in settling my departed brother in laws condo. Their offer was fair and as advertised they took care of all closing costs and closed in a little over a month. Also they took care of clearing out the condo. Very good people to work with. All appointment were on time and did not take much time. The best thing was I could leave all the items that I have collected over the years.
