Horrible experience all the way around .. ended up with no gps.. huge lack of communication.. best experience was the initial emails sent from the sales director not my sales person who I ended up with after getting us in there.. wouldn't recommend to my friends or family .. I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee minus the GPS..
