Terrible service department. Advisers are VERY nice but the department itself runs as if it is managed by an orangutan.
I bought a used certified Jeep with 20.000 miles only. bought an extended warranty, the best available. very expensive one ...! now my jeep has a airbag recall and I am waiting 2 weeks already for somebody to confirm an appoiment for the repair.... The only reason I am working with a dealership in Miami is because they are the only in FL that have the Wrangler with the options I need. Worse experience ever! The manager said anything he had to say to get me to send credit app and then changed everything trying to sale me the car $6k over MSRP for a Sahara. Said the dealer had other “options” like GPS when the Sahara I choose had the upgraded GPS from factory.
