Dealership could not diagnos properly my 2012 Jeep Wrangler, waited until warranty was up (just recently) to determine that the car needed an entire new engine to now try to charge me 8k. Seriously a fraud!
Do yourself a favor and don't take your car to this people. Just filed a complaint against them with Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. They are a Fraud!

Service is very bad ,Phone system even worst .My daughter took her car in for service and when she got home the service counter was still counting down .Car is back at jeep today ,She was told it needs hours of updates .After leaving a few messages trying to contact the service advisor , no luck .Tried to reach the service manager ,I was told to leave a number and i would get a call back .Finally got to talk with the service advisor ,H e did not know if the update would correct the issue .My daughter was told the updates did... read more
I bought my jeep in 2013. I was very happy with it until it started making some noise. I took it and the technician advised that they weren't able to find anything. I left with the vehicle and a month later i was back. It has been there for over 7 weeks and I still don't have not received a legitimate answer to what is wrong with it. I have spoken to the service director over a week ago and still have not received a call back. Jeep care has also been making attempts and we seems to be getting no where.
