Kendall Acres is the most resoundingly awful Home Owner's Association and Residential Complex in South Florida, perhaps the entirety of the United States, if not the entire planet. Every ounce of my frustration wants to severely expand on this and with great detail, painstakingly share the countless reasons why one should avoid renting or owning in this complex. Management should be ashamed for having a booting company for an apartment complex where people live. Nobody should have to wake up to their car immobilized juts for a parking violation. We come home to be stress free not deal with this.
