My mom, Donna Cook, is working with Mike Rickles on my uncle's estate. He has worked diligently in showing the house and property. He has had to travel a great distance to do this. She finds him a person of integrity and she would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. Thank you Mike for making a difficult situation easier.

My mother worked with agent, Mike Rickles...beware...rude, disrespectful, arrogant, disingenuous, need I go on? Although he presents himself as "helpful, understanding, etc." it is indeed a ploy just to make himself money. My mother is an 80 year old recent military widow who truly needed a bit of kindness and patience...this guy was the worst!!!!!! Blake Landry agent at Keller Williams worked with my agent and accepted a signed contract by his clients and us with no right of refusal and accepted earnest money on a property then told my agent everything was good. Then yesterday I find out he also worked with another agent and accepted another signed contract with them on the same piece of property and these other people were set to close on a home that we had a signed contract on.
