We used Mike Rickles as our realtor when we transferred to Huntsville from Portland, Oregon. He was very knowledgable about the area and listened to what we wanted. He was very technically accurate in the legal paperwork and his forethought with including some verbiage in the offer saved us thousands of dollars. Based on our positive experiences we had him assist us in looking for some property later on.
