We needed a "real" and honest plumber and Ken went out of his way to answer the call. After a poor and very unimpressive experience with another company, who left us worse off than we started, Ken personally came out and provided straight talk about fixing our broken drain pipe issue and we could just tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Jesse came out and performed the work in a timely fashion and right in the price range they had quoted. Which was very fair I might add. Ken came to fix a leak in the drain pipes in our kitchen and he was awesome. He was polite, friendly, and he did a great job. He got right down to fixing it, fixed it quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed it well. He charged a very fair price and overall he was great. Thank you, sir!
I use Rentmeister for my businesses, as well as my own home. There is never a long wait for them to come out. All their employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have fixed what other plumbers messed up and are always very affordable, fast and clean!

Terrible customer service. Response to when they were fixing what they messed up was awful. We didn't feel like they cared what they did. They came the 20th of January. Since then we have called and called and nothing was done. We had someone come and flatten the hill they made. But the front sprinkler box still needed to be fixed. So we called and called. It is finally done. May 11.. so it took them 4 month's to come fix their own mistake. Which only took him 20 minutes. I won't be calling them for anything. They sucked.
