RecommendedKen came out today and fixed a pretty bad leak in my toilet pipe and the pipes to my tub!!! He did a fantastic job and the price was right!

Ken Rentmeister Plumbing responded rapidly to a plumbing emergency at our house. It turned out to be a much bigger problem than originally anticipated. Not only was Cody from Ken Rentmeister affable and very open about each step of the process, he was expertly competent and hard working. He stayed on the job until every fixture in the house was working again. Then he returned the following day to complete the job. This was a big job with a big bill. But the price was fair and honest.
I called Ken last week about the water heater problems I was having. After a brief description and finding it was still on warranty, Ken gave me simple instructions for dealing with the manufacturer and fixing it myself. Thanks again for your excellent customer service!

I have worked with Ken Rentmeister Plumbing for many years. I have several rental properties and I always call Ken as he has always taken care of me. I had a main line problem yesterday that turned into an emergency and Jesse came over and fixed a very tough problem. I highly recommend this company.
Told them I wanted a estimate done before the work...So called tech showed up only to tell me he couldn't reach my water line and we would need to take out some of the wall to get to it!! Or he could just splice into the old copper to fix the issue. And he wanted to charge me the minute he stepped out of his truck. Was never told this when I made the appt!! Terrible customer service!!
