Chase is the only service advisor I will come to other than the service manager Zach. Chase is great
Took my 2012 Nissan in for repairs and the communication back to me from the original service advisor (Chase) was not good at all. I called multiple times with no call backs as to the status of my car and then got a call from him at the end of the day (4:30pm) stating they would have to keep my car overnight even though they knew about this fact well before the end of the day. I always have great experience at Ken Nelson. The service this visit was excellent. Chase was kind and considerate and helped get my service completed in less than the time expected!
Fantastic communicator! Speaking for Ken Nelson, Amie kept me informed at every step of the way pertaining to the repair of my 2500. It began with a coolant leak, diagnosed as a damaged radiator. It led to heater core replacement after thorough inspection. Amie and the team treated me better than the dealership I bought my truck at. Thank you Amie.
