I rarely leave reviews, but this one is well deserved. I drive a 2017 Chrysler 300, purchased from Ken Nelson, and have relied on their service department for all my vehicle checkups, oil changes, and inspections. Jason S always gets my vehicle in in a timely manner and the maintenance is always done in a reasonable amount of time.
Went in for a oil change and they removed air filter housing to up sale an air filter and broke the air filter housing in the process. They agreed to replace it and ordered the wrong parts twice. They never did replace it and the parts guy suggested to just make the wrong part work. Run as fast as you can from this incompetency.
Went above and beyond helping with a car issue. Spent all day on the phone trying to figure out a issue with my car. Everyone was very helpful. The service department worked so hard to try to find a solution. I will now be taking all my cars here for service. Truly a A+ team. Recommend Highly
I recieved two free oil changes when I purchased my vehicle and each time I brought it in they tried to charge me. I had to tell them they were free and after they talked to whoever, it was straightened out. I feel like it should have been in their system already. I went there another time to get warranty work done and the guy said it would take a couple days, but then the mechanic stepped in and said it would be done the next morning (which it was).
