Quick in and out oil change and tire rotation!
I've been so pleased with my experience today, from being met at the door by Morgyn, to her patiently explaining each and everything I needed in the purchase of my new vehicle with expertise and knowledge. She walked me through everything that was pertinent and was so helpful that it took all my apprehension out of biting the bullet of getting a new car. I highly recommended her to anyone wishing to purchase a new vehicle.
I had my Cadillac serviced. Everything was checked to make sure it was in excellent driving condition. I was given the paperwork to show what had been done on the vehicle. ( I like to keep this in my files.) My vehicle manager asked me if I wanted other optional work done and showed me the dirty filters. I elected to have them changed. My car was washed and my keys returned. I was totally happy with the service done. Ken Nelson’s is my favorite Chevy dealer in the area. Thank you all.
