Ken Germer deserves his top rating. He assisted me in selling my old house as well as buying my new house. He is honest, organized, thoughtful, a great communicator and absolutely expert at what he does. Ken even gave me great ideas for decorating in my new place. I will go back to Ken next time I buy or sell in this area.

Ken was an amazing agent who held my hand through a trying summer home sale in a down market.
