Unwilling to negotiate an agreed upon fair price. Demanding, high pressure salesman. The salesman quoted me an out the door price of $ 31,500.00 on the telephone. The next day after an eighty minute ride to the dealership the same salesman now advised me that he could not sell the vehicle for less than $ 31,900.00. After another hour of negotiations the salesman used the old familiar hard sell line of, "Well if you don't want the vehicle we have another buyer here right now that is willing to buy the vehicle."

This dealership treated me dirty, Was in middle of deal with them, agreed on price, filled out credit app., Told them how much I would put down, and haven't heard from them since. Now car removed from dealership listings.
ended up purchasing 2013 VW Passat as is, drove off lot and lock system cycles on & off when i stop and accelerate. salesman was understanding and looking into problem for me

I did not purchase the car from this dealer because i did not get the information in time. It was not the dealers fault. He did have the better deal. It was my fault i did not go to see him and hold off on the other dealer.
