Horrible this car is just an ad to get into the dealership to finance instead. I called to verify if the vehicle was available they confirmed set an appointment time. I arrived at the appointment very upfront and let the salesman know we were there to purchase the vehicles advertised cash price. It was confirmed with a “yes mam”. Go to his cubicle to look it up he doesn’t see it in the system. He steps away to check inventory status with manager. Return to tell us the vehicle has been sold that morning…lies lies!! I found a CPO Corolla on Tracy Toyota website and was told by a sales person it was available and who asked if I wanted to set up appointment to see the vehicle which I did for the next day. I drove over an hour to see the vehicle and was told when I arrived that vehicle had been sold. No one from Tracy Toyota bothered to contact me to let me know the car I had appointment to see had been sold. IThey had no other CPO vehicle available.
