I had to call the dealer myself - they did not call me. But Jonathan Donaldson was very personable and easy to deal with. Closed the deal quickly and without a lot of hassle. Plus they gave us a good deal on our trade in.
Great over the phone but with this being 50+ miles away never made it to the dealership - Found a better deal close to home. Would recommend - they had a great selection and solid 3 month warranty.
Exceptional professionalism. Great understanding of what we wanted to spend. Free stuff added to sweeten the deal. Overall we would buy cars from this dealership for others less fortunate if we had enough money.

When you find a car that you're interested in on CarGurus, it has a very convenient option to ask the seller to email you with further details about the vehicle. The dealer did contact me but said they didn't know what car I was talking about. Come on, it has all the information already built in to the message. Cordial, accommodating, pleasant, reasonable and just a wonderful dealership. If only all dealerships and salesmen made the car buying experience as pleasant as this people wouldn't dread buying cars!
