HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM FINANCIAL MANAGER. We were lied to, there was a huge discrepancy between the numbers she told me (i have 3 other witnesses) and the final price. Then we contacted GM, GM said it happens due to how aggressive the industry is. Sorry for your experience but this was a complicated scenario. The influence several external forces have / had / that were involved in vehicle purchase very much complicates things. You got a great rate based on deal structure details regarding buying vehicle; great price on the vehicle; and as explained nobody holds a gun to anybody's head signing in the finance office.
