The best In ALL of Colorado Springs I used this company a couple of times when I had electronics go bad and they are always very honest. If they think it will be more than the cost of a new unit they say so. Or if it is just a small repair and can be done for much less than a new unit they will repair. Very satisfied with their work.

Great customer service! Repairman (Andre) was punctual and very courteous. Explained the problem to me so I could understand it. I was laid off and can't afford the repair on my piece'o garbage Samsung, but still gave me great advice on what I should purchase next. Highly recommend these guys!

Worst customer service ever. The lady who answers the phone is worthless. They make appointments, change them later, and then don't show up for the new appointment. If you have all day to sit around and waste your time, call them. Otherwise I recommend DTR Repair.

horrible customer service This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I turn a tv in to their shop in Feb. and was told I will be called in two weeks. It never happened. I repeatedly call and don't get any status report what so ever. I stop by the shop for a face to face and they tell me two more weeks. Two weeks pass and I repeat the previous process. Now they say they ordered parts. Skipping ahead to April of the same year I call again and they tell me my television is finally ready for pick up. One ... read more

I called and scheduled a appt. they followed up and left message the day before,on the morning of appt. rep. called and said he was 20 minutes away arrived very professional not arrogant or in a rush as he diagnosed problem he let me in on what he was doing and how these things operate.Diagnosed problem quickly showed me then double checked to be sure kept me informed and set some adjustments with cable routing problem fixed 20 minutes later.GREAT SERVICE HAVE USED IN PAST AND WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND.THOUROUGHLY SATISFIED GRE... read more

Tv repair I+ve been taking electronics to Andre, the owner and technician, for many years. I recommend him without reservation. He is honest, reliable, skilled, extraordinarily knowledgeable and a good storyteller to boot. He+s kept my 1980s equipment running reliably and he handles the 21st century stuff equally well. Tech did not show for appointment. An appointment was booked for 8 to 9 on a saturday morning. I finally called at noon and was told they had no idea /could not contact the tech. I called the following Monday to rebook. No effort was made to work with my schedule. Decided to go with a different service.
