Friendly, professional and proficient. They fixed our television within the promised time. Andre stayed after closing time so that my husband could pick it up then (instead of driving four hour round trip to pick it up the next day.)

They came to my house as scheduled, did an estimate for repair and helped me get my repairs completed. He was professional and understanding. He explained that the parts may take some time to get, however completed the repair within 2 weeks. He looked at another television I needed repair for, and instead of taking advantage of me, he told me that to repair that television would not be wise for me to do once he explained the charges. He was honest and sincere. I will do business with them again in the future!

Don't be in a hurry – We dropped off a tube TV on Dec 20 and didn't get it back until Feb 5th. Nothing extra-ordinarilly worng with it, they just took forever to get to it.

VERY,VERY- HAPPY ★★★★★★ Colorado Springs, CO 01/24/2011 Andre is the man for all your TV's repair needs, apparently he's been doing business in the neighborhood for many years. We moved into a new house in Woodland park and needed our Tv and Stereo fixed. He came out and gave us a estimate the next day we called. Customer Service? Dropped my tv off last Saturday, paid $75 troubleshooting fee and was told that I would be called Wens with a repair estimate. never heard from anyone. Called Saturday a week later, no answer for 10 rings, finally the phone was answered and was told by someone that he had no idea but would call his father and call me back soon......

Wouldn't Recommend. Dropped my electronics equipment off for repair, paid a $35 up front estimate fee and was told I would be contacted within 1 week. So far it's been a month. No one has looked at my equipment and no one at the store can tell me when it will be looked at.

NOT MANY LOCAL PLACES OFFER WHAT THEY CAN. THEY ALSO HAVE A VAN THAT DRIVES ALL OVER COLORADO SPRINGS, WHICH WAS HOW I WAS FIRST INTRODUCED TO THEM. ALL IN ALL, A GREAT REPAIR MAN, GREAT SERVICE. THEY STAY TRUE TO THEIR WORD AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A PRICE AND THEN CHANGE IT UP LIKE OTHER REPAIR SHOPS IVE BEEN TO (NOT MENTIONING ANY NAMES) THEYVE COME OUT TO MY HOME 4 TIMES OVER THE YEARS AND HAVE REPAIRED ALL MY TV'S.
