After checking around and driving a few cars �, we ended back at Freedom Toyota for our 3rd RAV4, this one is officially Brian's and his first ever new car!

Any time I have had an issue or small question they have always been nice, courteous, respectful and not afraid to get down and dirty out on the lot to crawl underneath and show and explain something to Me! Also, if the parts counter is unsure of something being ordered they will go the extra steps and exhaust all options to be sure of something!
Worst customer service. Was screamed at and hung up on. Put remanufactured parts in my Corolla during my extended warranty = my problem now. This is my 5th Toyota that I have owned. Freedom Toyota of Hamburg has been the most unprofessional and dishonest dealership I have done business with.
