Charged $90 for what was supposed to be a free oil change and tire rotation through Toyotacare. They say it was a mistake, I wasn't enrolled in the program. Though they've been sending me e-mails for it for 6 months. Nobody corrected me when I mentioned I was making the appointment and here for the appointment through Toyotacare. I'll never step foot in a Freedom dealership again. My wife's new Camry will be purchased somewhere else.
Woke up late and they still took my vehicle in for inspections and emissions which is greatly appreciated, never had any problems with any of my service appointments yet :)
With one request over the phone, they were the only dealer to fulfill it. I drive 354 miles from Ma. Drove home with my first dealer purchased vehicle, 2011 4Runner. Jeff H was great to work with. He is laid back and let's you talk away. He not only listens to the customer , he hears you. Great place to go for a new or certified vehicle.
