Best service I have encountered while buying a new car
My husband and I had gone in to look at a used Rav 4. Honestly, we didn't care for it. It's just not our style. Justin was so patient with us while we looked around. We found an Edge, test drove it, loved it. Since it was late we found out the payment the next day. I texted Justin that we're going to pass because it was too much. He texted me back about 20minutes later telling me that he talked with the finance manager and the numbers would go down. Sure enough they did.
