She did my thyroid/parathyroid surgery. She was clear in explaining options and the procedure. Day of surgery I saw her before and after the procedure,she was punctual and caring. Post op I have seen her for my follow-up and once again she reviewed everything very clearly. She reviews and sends messages regarding post op labs. I feel safe in her care
When Dee Metcalf-Bookwood found out she had colon cancer while she was in the hospital for the loss of a lot of blood. Dr Koch came in talked to us with so much care and compassion for Dee's health I was in aww . With that being said the Dr set her up with a plan to cut out the part of the colon that had the tumor. Absolutely amazing doctor, Super Hero and National Treasure! I can’t say enough about Dr. Koch. My mom had stage 4 cancer and from day 1, Dr. Koch came in and confidently professed that she could get in and remove the cancer/tumor. AND SHE DID!!!! She is an amazing surgeon. So knowledgeable. kind, and compassionate. During our initial consultation, when we were feeling very scared and confused, she patiently and carefully answered all of our questions.
