Very sad informative and professional
Always a pleasant experience. Dr John explains everything completely and gives all options for treatment. Her expertise is very helpful.
Dr. John and her staff truly listen. I felt like my injury was in capable hands with a team that heard me!

All visits, pre op, op and first post op all were very good. At ease with the doctor and all staff.
Dr John is a good dr. I would recommend her to anyone. Her staff was very friendly and helpful also.
I left the review of Dr John, but would like to comment on procedures before seeing her. There were 4 signatures needed for paperwork during intake--insurance, HIPPA, etc and I was instructed to sign my name with the assurance that the papers would be given to me later. This approach seems a bit tricky--how would I know what I was signing if I wasn't offered the documents first? They could have easily been emailed to me for review before I came in. Awkward. Please consider reviewing this practice.
Good experience
Very thorough and offered other suggestions on comfort. Didn't immediately jump to doing surgery suggested PT and stretches. Listened to my concerns as well about treatment.
