Brian was very professional and thorough. He kept me informed during each step of the project and went the extra steps to be sure I was happy with the outcome. My yard area was cleaned up nicely at the end of the job. I really appreciated that. His crew was also very professional. They also finished on time even though we had several days of ice, snow and rain. I definitely recommend Kelley?s Sprinkler & Landscaping.

I hired him to do a retaining wall in my backyard. None of the walls were straight. Where they had cut the blocks gravel was already pouring out of the space. He said that he would excavate the dirt for a fee. When I got home the dirt is now in the back of the common area of the neighborhood. I am having to deal with the property association on how to get rid of the dirt. In which is going to cost me more money. I am not at all happy with any of the work!

I never told her I would excavate for free. It took over 40 man-hours to hand dig the area and move the dirt to the area SHE told me to put it. She watched me for two days digging and placing the dirt in the common area. No equipment could be used because of the fence and utility lines. She was praising the wall when I left. She also told me the walls would be covered by her patio that she was going to construct. Concrete footings for her house prevented the wall from being perfectly straight.. This Individual Do Not Honor His Word, He Did Not Show Up To Adjust A Sprinkler Head That Was Out Of Adjustment. He Was Very Belligerent When Contact About The Sprinkler Head And Hung Up The Telephone On Me, Which Was Very Disrespectful Toward A Customer.

I showed up and adjusted his heads twice but he was too busy eating lunch to come out and check
The wall was installed as agreed, however the w-side of the retainer wall is tilting 4-iinches and I had to hire someone else to fix it. They used no gravel or sand in the foundation and did no tempering. I also spent 10-hrs the first night doing the back fill of soil and tempering it down.
They were professional. They followed up with what they said they were going to due along with the pricing. They are a great company and would highly recommend them for the job.
