0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I tell everyone I know how poorly I was treated and how poorly the work was performed. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Repairs took twice as long as necessary and when I got my car back there were several problems with turn signals, headlights, and other components caused by your staff hooking up electrical connections improperly. 5 Star : My Experience You maintained the quality of the work, you maintained a cheerfulness in responding to customer concerns, and you did this all in an environment which overloaded you. Good job by all. I applaud the owners for managing and creating this type of environment.

5 Star : My Experience Work was very good on my car. The only thing I was not happy about was I took my car in on the 18th and they did not start my repairs until the 28th so they had my car for 10 unnecessary days!
