3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service I didn’t hear about my status until after 2 business days and then it was only to find out my vehicle was just disassembled and I wouldn’t get another update knowing if additional repairs were needed until business day 4. I had to call on business day 7 to find out when it might be ready. Receiving the estimate for insurance went really well and was very easy.

This left us in a lurch not understanding it would take nearly two weeks to fix. There were multiple miscommunications between Kelley’s and our insurance. I don’t know which end that stemmed from
