If you have a non gm vehicle, roll the dice. 2.5 Star : Repair Quality I think it’s ridiculous that an approved body shop from an insurance company doesn’t have the correct parts to fix a vehicle that was damaged in a car accident. The only reason I chose this shop was because it was on my insurance companies list. 2.5 Star : Customer Service I didn’t receive any updates to the status of my repairs. I had to call them.

5 Star : My Experience Majority (90%) positive experience and very happy I took my car to be repair here. It looks beautiful post-repair, the employees are kind and treated both of us well, and they even were able to work with my schedule. Only complaint was that their phone line wasn't easiest to reach, but seeing how much business they have and the good job they did for me, I can understand how busy they are!
