3 days ago NEW DO NOT USE KELLERS CONTRACTING Mr. Keller and I signed a contract on 2/25/22 that detailed 11 home improvement tasks to be completed by April 22nd for the total amount of $41,683. The payment schedule we had agreed to was split up in quarter amounts (though he wanted half) of the total with the indicator of payment being progress of tasks. Did not fix the leak in my roof. Was then very unresponsive to calls. Would not recommend working with this company.
Hired in October- Did not do repairs and would not refund deposit. This company is not to be trusted. Do your homework before writing a check.
George Keller is not honest and was very rude when I requested my deposit back. We paid a deposit and it seemed that he did not do the work on the roof he claims to have done. He was hired to fix our box gutters and he absolutely did not do any work on them. He claims he patched the roof but I have no proof that he did anything.

There was roofing that need sealed before box gutter work.Roofing work was complete and Mr. *******was informed of this and was also informed to ask their landscapers if we were on the roof. I did not take after.pictures of the roof. I tried to return to finish the job when but was met with hosile and threatening text.Mr. *******was upset because we had to reschedule, and Mr. *******was the one that was rude, and ignorant via text and threatening.

This contractor caused major structural damage to my house, violated the building code, tried to cover it up, then refused to remedy.
