The agent Jan Martin took the earnest money and recommended her uncle tony Martin to paint. It was horrible and I’m out 1200.00 on the paint and 500.00 earnest money. Took two months of my time. I have photos to prove the paint job. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone if all their agents are like ms Martin! Cindy Dodson
They listed a home I bought. Their chosen closing attorney was severely lacking in experience and will not return phone calls after the closing. They put an oversized sign in the yard. After several weeks they finally came to get it and left a large hole in the ground. The agent seemed to have difficulty answering simple questions from us or our agent. I would not recommend listing with this brokerage
