Honestly the kindest person I have ever met. She is great with new homeowners. She was so patient and will explain everything you need to know when buying a home. She cares so much about each client, working with her feels more like a friendship rather than a business relationship. She reach out to me multiple times after buying my home to make sure we were settled in and enjoying everything. She was also very flexible and understanding. No doubt in my mind she deserves a 5 star!
Sold several properties in the last 5 years and she helped me with this last one. I had a parent go into assisted living so I had to sell the home. She made all the right suggestions on staging the home and it sold within a couple of weeks right at asking price. Just a joy to work with and very professional! I would absolutely use her again.
Kim is absolutely amazing. She explained everything in detail without overwhelming you. She was always on top of her communication and any deadline that was coming up. As a first time home buyer she made the process so smooth and easy!
