Years ago, Craig Marks exploited my grandparents. He took their house and well on beautiful mountain land, and nearly everything in it for $50k when it was worth at least $200k at the time. When my grandmother had a life-threatening stroke, he couldn't hold back his greed and made my grandpa leave the hospital to sign these papers before family could chase him off. I despise him. Amazing customer service - Rachel Mulvihill!! We started our home search in summer of 2022 and with the volatility of interest rates and supply shifts in the markets we were shopping in, we were hot and cold when it came to a purchase (interested then uninterested).
