Can I give zero stars? This is the absolute worst company to deal with. They didn't show on their scheduled install date, were extremely difficult to get in touch with, and then gave some crappy excuse as to why. I was promised by four different people that I would be contacted "today" Two days later I canceled the order with lowes.
Done through Lowes ( very happy with Lowes) . Lots of extras that were not in the quote that should have been, like ME having to remove the baseboards! Over ordered materials, had 17% left. Paid to remove tile flooring to install vinyl but didn't reinstall the toilets. WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
They were supposed to come out and do a flooring measurement for carpet purchase from Lowe's. Got a text that the person who was supposed to come out was having car trouble and needed to reschedule. I replied with a couple scheduling options and NEVER heard back from them. Also, why isn't there another company car available? Pretty poor customer service. Sent communication that we wanted to CANCEL the measurements and we were going to go with another vendor - sorry Lowe's, you lost out on a purchase because of a bad contract... read more
Great floring
I had a great experience with Keller Interiors. They installed a hardwood floor that we purchased through Lowe's in our bedroom, and the workmanship was excellent. The installer, whose name I can't recall, completed the job in just one day and even helped move heavy furniture back into place. Highly recommended!
