Had my carpets installed by Keller interiors via Lowe’s. They were lovely. Alberto and Jesus were efficient and perfectionists! My carpets are beautiful and we are so happy! Thank you Alberto and Jesus!
Hands down the best company around for floor works! We bought tile from Lowe’s, and Keller Interiors was recommended. We went with them and are so happy we did. Besides being reasonably priced, they were punctual, knowledgeable, matched our existing tile to the new one perfectly. They respected our wishes, and they did a great job with our family room floor. We’ll hire them again for our next project. Highly recommend this company!
This company was contracted via Lowe’s for luxury vinyl floor to be installed in my elderly mother’s home. I understand hidden issues can arise. But my issue is telling a 88 year old woman that they need $2800 in cash to do extra work and also tell her don’t tell Lowe’s. She calls me and I talk to the installer and he tells me that they need this extra money to proceed with the job. New luxury vinyl flooring looks beautiful throughout my rental property and kudos to the installation crew. They worked long hours every day to complete the project in a timely manner knowing I was under a time constraint to get this job done; this included repairing a crack in the foundation. The crew was friendly & professional and pleasant to work with. Thank you Keller Interiors!
Can I give zero stars? This is the absolute worst company to deal with. They didn't show on their scheduled install date, were extremely difficult to get in touch with, and then gave some crappy excuse as to why. I was promised by four different people that I would be contacted "today" Two days later I canceled the order with lowes.
