I’ve known Ty Smith since we were kids in middle school. We’ve maintained a friendship over the years but never had done “car business” with him until recently. I purchased a 2011 tahoe 215 the Salesman was good to work with. But getting the title for the boat has been a two month long process I had sent back the paperwork they asked for right away had it overnighted, they said they never received it but magically it was found. Now I finally get the title go to the dmv and the title is still made out from when they purchased it from the previous owner. i have tried contacting kell multiple times as soon as i express im upset i get disconnected. i bought a car in april and since have had to put 3000 into it for major repairs. the delearship told me the car had been looked over by their mechanic and it was a sound and safe car. i took it to get the oil changed when i got back to oklahoma and the battery breaks and motor mounts all needed replaced. im currently sitting at a good year getting the tire rod replaced. im very disappointed in the lack of care they have for clients... read more
The people at Kell are simply amazing. They will do anything in their power to get you in your first choice car. I can’t put in to words how amazing Mark was. He was extremely patient and friendly. I could not thank them enough for helping me with my first car purchase.
