Everyone at the office is extremely nice and friendly. The office is clean and professional...and very overpriced. I had my eyes checked there last year and told myself I wasn't going to come back.I decided to try again because I have double coverage with insurance on my vision, yet somehow still had a larger than normal out of pocket cost. There are places that I can get a vision prescription and fitting paying 100% out of pocket for less than it was here WITH insurance. Lesson learned. Nice personnel for the most part and better technology than most eye doctors I've visited but the time wasted here is unbelievable. My 2nd time here for an annual exam and my 2nd time to be left (first time i was actually forgotten) a back exam room after waiting 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Going on an hour and a half this trip (just to see the doc) but haven't topped last year's 2+ hours. Final time was 1 hr 45 min with about 20 min spent completing tests/screenings and 10 min with the doctor. Still the personn... read more
