Three separate appointments made, no one verified my insurance after Caliing me 3 times. Went to appointment today, only to be told my insurance was NOT verified and I couldn’t be seen unless I want to pay out of pocket. Would not see me otherwise. I have a vision problem that I needed to have checked out. I have been going here over 4 years now. Switching offices immediately.

After many, many, MANY years as a patient of Dr. Trusty's I am done. I have been waiting for over a month for a pair of trial lenses. My calls, request for contact via their website, and messages sent via Facebook go unanswered. Oh, wait. On Friday I was told via messenger that a contact technician would call me Monday (today). It is now nearly 10 PM and I'm still waiting on that call. I will be getting my prescription from them this week and taking my business elsewhere.
