The level of care and professionalism at Total Eye care is unparalleled. I can honestly say that I had never had such a thorough and exhaustive eye examination before. Morgan, the tech who ran some of the tests, was extremely patient and very pleasant. Dr. Trusty went to great lengths to explain the results every single test that was performed. Cindy, at their eye wear gallery, helped me pick up the perfect frames and lenses. I just love my new glasses, and I have never liked any of my prior glasses :) Thank you all!
The staff and Dr. Trusty--in friendly, efficient ways--diagnosed my issue. They clearly explained the need to have it treated immediately, and they made sure that it could happen. I am grateful, and they have a customer for life.
Very pleased with the service received! Dr. Trusty not only was very professional but took the time to s listen to my concerns! Now my husband and several friends and family are going to him.
I have going to Dr Trusty for longer than either one of us want to admit and he is the only one I will let do anything with my eyes. He is always pleasant and helpful and knows your name when you come in. His staff is polite and helpful and my husband sees his associate and is very pleased with him.
Front office was very friendly!! First assistant who assisted me needs improvement on professional skills! Dr. Trusty was very friendly and very professional!! The 2nd assistant who assisted me with contacts, hands down very professional!! Overall great office! Not bad for having to see a new eye Dr. I was able to get an appointment right away!
