The salesmen were all knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery men were polite, efficient and very helpful with all of my questions and were sure to tell me all I needed to do to get my kitchen up and running. I was very satisfied with my experience and will surely buy any new appliances in the future there.
They were the only appliance store within 100 miles that actually had the fridge that I wanted on their showroom floor! Guy was so knowledgeable and willing to share his expertise with us. Going to order our entire kitchen remodel package from them. Well worth our trip.
I purchased a in wall air conditioner a few years back. The motor ended up having a crack in it and it stopped working just over the one year warranty. When I called Kieths to tell them and have it fixed they told me because the warranty was a month past the full cost was on me. Fast forward to July of 2019. I go and buy a Weber Grill. Get it home, it a propane tank, hook it up and the gas blows out; bad regulator. The salesman Robbie was very patient with us and guided us through the thousands of choices that are available, we are very happy with our final selection and how Keith's was prepared to store the appliances until our new kitchen was ready for them.
Horrible customer service! We bought a new dryer on April 29th 2019. It is now June 19th and we still do not have a dryer that works. Service department has been out twice. I will never purchase from them again!
Very good experiences, have purchased several appliances from them.
