The people were very nice. I bought a $450 LG conditioner for $309. You can't beat that. I'm sure everything else has great savings as well.

I went to Keith’s after an air conditioner I ordered from Home Depot.com was never delivered. They had my air conditioner in stock and it was actually 25 dollars cheaper than the other store. I will definitely use them again

How can keiths improve ??? By actually communicating with the customer when there is a problem. Don't tell customer tech will be there between 4-7pm (so customer changes all their plans to make sure they are home) then tech never shows and keiths never calls. I will NEVER, EVER recommend keiths to anyone.

Better communication with clients. Less playing of phone tag. I strongly recommend no arguing with clients. It took 35 minutes to speak with someone who was argumentative. Also, I have to conclude that clients do not come first which is not appropriate in any business.
Purchased a grill and couldn’t be happier with the entire transaction including delivery! Definitely recommend.
I bought my commercial oven from them and I absolutely love it there service is 2nd to none high quality appliances I would recommend it to anyone who's reading these reviews they are amazing
