So happy we checked with Keith's Appliances for our new Washer/Dryer! They matched Lowes price and still gave us the military discount on top of that, free installation and delivery AND found $200 in rebates from Eversource that we didn't know about! AND they can get it to us In 3 days instead of 3 weeks.
Do not shop here. We were new to the area and wanted to buy the new washer and dryer we needed for our new home from a locally owned store, several contacts, including our realtor, recommended Keith's. The sales staff was nice, helpful, and informative, however that is where the good service ends. The deliverymen were rude and unhelpful. Hi Kimberly, again here is our response to the matter: On Tuesday, February 21st, Keith's Appliances delivered and installed the new Samsung washer and dryer. At the time of installation, the washer and dryer were tested to determine that they were installed correctly, functioning properly, and that there was no sign of any leakage. Mr. Thompson signed the delivery report, stating that the appliances were delivered and received in good condition.
